If your bag fails you as a direct result of faulty workmanship, fittings or manufacture Tosca will replace or repair your bag. Please email email@example.com with proof of purchase, details and pictures of the product.

We have repair agents nationally and are able to execute repairs most times depending on the damage done to the bag.
CHANGE OF MIND ABOUT MY PURCHASE

You can return your bag in exchange for another Tosca product or credit note, providing your bag has not been used. If your exchange is less in value than you original purchase we will give you a credit note for the difference.

WHAT SIZE CAN I TAKE ON BOARD MY PLANE
All airlines have their own size and weight limits regarding take on board luggage. We highly recommend you check with the airline you are flying with to ensure you are meeting their standards. We have clearly illustrated sizes of each piece on our website to make it easier for you to make the right choice. If you are flying Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar or Tiger please refer to the below chart for a guide.
*The above table is just a guide.
Please check with your airline in regards to all dimensions and weight allowances before making any luggage purchase.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
Tosca will despatch your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. Depending where you live you will receive the goods with 4-10 business days of despatch. If you have not received your goods within this time frame please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tosca highly recommends taking travel insurance at all times. Given the treatment luggage can receive in transit by carriers insurance will protect you from out of pocket repair or replacement costs.
IS THE COLOUR ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE
Tosca will wherever possible photograph the actual piece to reflect as close as possible the colour you are purchasing.
Tosca sizes on the website are taken over the piping of the item. Where the item has wheels the measurement does not include the wheels as they are not an internal part of the case.
CLEANING YOUR LUGGAGE OR BAGS
Tosca recommends using soap and lukewarm water to remove stains. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals, detergents or drown in water as this will effective the protective coating on the luggage.
RFID - A BRIEF HOSTORY:
Since 2005, Australia started issuing passports with an RFID chip in them. Europe, USA and select other countries had them issued as well. The problem is that your personal data can get read from your passport at a distance, without anyone ever opening, touching, or even coming close to your passport. These tiny chips, which transmit data, are also often embedded in ID cards, credit cards and other items.
RFID blocking protects highly sensitive personal data from being compromised, payment and identity fraud from unwanted skimming of your credit cards, such as “Paywave” and “Paypass” and other contactless credit/identity cards.
WHAT IS RFID?
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is the wireless use of electromagnetic fields to transfer data, for the purposes of automatically identifying and tracking tags attached to objects. There are several methods of identification, but the most common is to store a serial number that identifies a person or object, and perhaps other information, on a microchip that is attached to an antenna (the chip and the antenna together are called an RFID transponder or an RFID tag). The antenna enables the chip to transmit the identification information to a reader. The reader converts the radio waves reflected back from the RFID tag into digital information that can then be passed on to computers that can make use of it.
HOW DOES AN RFID SYSTEM WORK?
An RFID system consists of a tag, which is made up of a microchip with an antenna, and an interrogator or reader with an antenna. The reader sends out electromagnetic waves. The tag antenna is tuned to receive these waves. A passive RFID tag draws power from field created by the reader and uses it to power the microchip’s circuits. The chip then modulates the waves that the tag sends back to the reader and the reader converts the new waves into digital data.
WHAT IS A TSA LOCK
The American Transport Security Administration (TSA) is required by law to inspect all checked baggage. As part of this process, some bags are opened and physically inspected. If the TSA officer was unable to open your bag because it was locked, the officer may be forced to break the locks on your bag. If you have TSA approved locks the officer will use a master key to open locks and inspect the case. Note our site will clearly state which luggage pieces are fitted with TSA locks. Tosca also sells these locks separately in the travel accessories section. The above laws are applicable in the USA only.
Please see below for an example of what you might recieve if your bag has been inspected.
